Colorloom is a color picker for artists and visual creators.
- Data handled
When the user starts the webpage color picker, Colorloom temporarily captures the visible content of the active webpage and uses the user's pointer position to sample a color. This processing happens locally in the browser.
Colorloom stores the selected color, color wheel settings, and saved color palette locally using Chrome's storage API. This information is not sent to or stored on a developer-operated server.
- Data sharing
Colorloom does not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties. Colorloom does not use webpage content, browsing activity, or pointer data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the color-picking feature.
- Data retention and deletion
Locally stored colors and settings remain on the user's device until the user removes them through the extension, clears the extension's storage, or uninstalls the extension.
